Looks like, for whatever reason, we now have fully customizable back hair.
SOUNDS COOL RIGHT?
You can now customize the length and width of the "back" layer hair, and also change its position with the sliders circled above. You can even turn the tilting on or off.
The Hair Add-Ons or "Ahoge options" have been moved to their own tab, also circled above.
Note:
Some people have reported having their exports and saves severely impacted due to this update, so you may have some fixing to do.

Mass Effect is great and 99% of the hate boner the internet has for it is misleading and conflating ultimately negligible "problems."
